Cambodia, The Temples of Angkor

The east entry of Angkor Wat In April 2007 we have been in Cambodia to see the famous temples of Angkor.
As i assumed the temples are a great destination for taking 3D stereo photos.

The Angkor 3D Stereo Gallery is available via the map below.
The visited sites are marked in red colour, you can click on these areas to open a gallery for this site.

In each gallery you can switch between 3D-Stereo-Anaglyph or normal mono view of the pictures.
Please be patient with the galleries, it takes some time to load the pictures as they are located behind a DSL line on my home server.

Our days in Cambodia:

Apr. 18, 2007
We arrive at Siem Reap Airport, the handling of our application for visa takes only a few minutes and cost $20 p.person.
Our travel agency ordered a driver to bring us to our hotel, Pavillon Indochine. He offeres us his services to be our driver around the temples the next days. We agree, this was a very good decision as we see the days to come.

Apr. 19, 2007
We start the first day exploring the temples at 08:30 hrs.
First we buy a 7 day ticket for 60$ per person at the main entrance of the angkor historical park.

It was a great time, not at least due to our driver Min Dara who made our trip a very special experience.

If you are planning a trip to Cambodia, i can highly recommend to contact Min Dara and book him as your driver.
